Vistara arrives in London Heathrow today

Vistara on June 1 launches a new route from Mumbai to London Heathrow.

The capital and heritage city of England, London is the perfect amalgamation of old and new cultures blending together. One of the most visited cities in the world, this glittering metropolis is the epicentre of anything art, commerce, education, fashion, theatre, and music.

When travelling to London, the round-trip all-inclusive fares for Mumbai-London-Mumbai start at INR 57799 and round-trip all-inclusive fares for London-Mumbai-London start at GBP 459.

Vistara to start the Mumbai – London Heathrow route

Vistara will commence services on the Mumbai – London (Heathrow) route on June 1, 2023.

The new route will operate five days a week.

Vistara takes delivery of its fourth Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner, delivery powered by SAF

Vistara made this announcement with photos concerning its fourth Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner registered as VT-TSP (this is likely to be the last Vistara 787):

We are ecstatic to welcome our 4th Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner™ to our fleet. This maiden flight was extra special as it became India’s first wide-body aircraft to operate on Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF).

Vistara holds off on any new aircraft orders until it is merged into Air India

While Air India is on the verge of a large aircraft order, joint venture of Tata and Singapore Airlines, Vistara, will not place any new aircraft orders while it awaits its regulatory approval to merge with Air India according to Reuters.

However Vistara will not stop adding new international routes to boost its profits according to its CEO.

Vistara will still receive its pending order for 17 new aircraft by the end of 2024, with the total fleet increasing to 70 aircraft.
