Cabo Verdfe Airlines is adding a leased Boeing 737-8 MAX 8 to its fleet, become a new operator of the type.

The new addition will arrive in July.

The airline is conducting a name the new aircraft contest:

Cabo Verde Airlines wants, once again, to give voice to its customers, which is why we are launching a public voting campaign to choose the name of our newest Boeing 737-8 MAX.

Among the names suggested by our employees, three stood out: CIDADE VELHA, ESPERANÇA and MORABEZA. Now, it’s up to you to decide which one will be the official name of our plane.

Voting will be open to the public for 7 days and will be conducted through a secure and reliable voting program. Your participation is very important to us!
